We bring real-world experience. That includes negotiating supply agreements, EPC contracts, and warranty claims; fundraising for solar and energy storage startups; and navigating warranty claims.

Jake Edie

Managing Partner

Jake is deeply knowledgeable about renewable energy and marketing, in the energy storage, EPC, and supply chain management sectors. He’s been an energy storage solution architect, business development director, and head of marketing and inside sales for a team of 30. He teaches clean energy and the electric grid for University of Illinois Chicago, and has contributed to two entrepreneurs’ successful exits.

Peter Kelley

Peter has designed strategic campaigns for cleantech companies and energy and environmental non-profits for over 30 years. He overhauled and ran communications for the American Wind Energy Association, and staffed the Kyoto climate treaty talks for National Environmental Trust. He launched an early non-profit news service, and began his career as an award-winning newspaper reporter.

Allison Lenthall

Allison is a skilled publicist and executive liaison in both corporate and nonprofit sectors. She’s held has top-level jobs in solar power, hospital administration, and plant-based nutrition, with a specialty in community engagement. She led Communications and Corporate Social Responsibility for Abengoa Solar in Seville, Spain, working on projects in South Africa, UAE, Chile, and Israel. She earned her MBA from William & Mary.

Jim Kelley

Jim interviews clients and stakeholders to create insightful and analytical content for leading publications and social media. He has worked for Amazon’s AI program, on Capitol Hill, for start-ups in real estate and medical devices, and managing a retail store. He studied at American University and the London School of Economics, and now studies the LinkedIn algorithm and AI-enabled marketing tech.

Keely is a PR and marketing agency veteran, who has connected numerous cleantech clients with the news media to help sell their solutions. She offers media relations, messaging strategy, social media, and thought leadership for enterprises, start-ups, and non-profits.

Stefanie is a seasoned event specialist and project manager with over 25 years of experience in clean energy, energy efficiency, and industry associations. Known for her reliability and problem-solving skills, Stefanie excels at managing details small and large for her clients. Former VP of Education and Conferences for American Clean Power.

Lauren Wolahan

Lauren has spent nearly a decade in clean energy communications, leading projects for the Climate Imperative Foundation, the Global Strategic Communications Council, and Climate Nexus, as Senior Manager of their Special Projects team. She holds a Masters in Environmental Science and Policy from Columbia.

Carolyn is a savvy, creative, and mission-driven communications consultant with a passion for telling stories that drive impact. For the past decade, her work has centered around a core question: How do you tell your story in a way that compels people to listen?

Alexis is a technical writer and editor with first-hand field experience who has lived and breathed renewables her entire career. With a Masters in Renewable Energy Engineering, she has both practical and academic experience in project management for cleantech and solar microgrid startups from New York to Myanmar.

Betsy is a change agent whose career spans the private, public, and nonprofit sectors. Blending experience that ranges from policy analysis to keynote speaking, she specializes in distilling complex information into compelling presentations that promote alignment and action. She has worked in-house at Kiplinger and Pew Charitable Trust.

Gina has a talent for crafting processes and procedures to streamline success. She started her career with over 15 years in international media sales, where she honed her skills in relationship-building and management and averaged over $3 million in annual sales.

Hope Brown, MSA, is founder and owner of Brown Business Solutions LLC, and a certified bookkeeper, licensed tax preparer, project manager, and business consultant. She is on a mission to help entrepreneurs and small businesses become productive and succeed.
